I could not use the service, so i did not like anything about them

Messages were received in chinese characters. Making them unreadable
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We wanted a mobile number that could receive and send sms messages.
It has been more than 24 hours and to till now I did not get what I ordered for. I will give another 12 hours and will cancel my order from paypal, Althought excellent interface, but very bad customer care. I will write this as a bad review and be honest about the excellent interface.1- Support is almost non existant, their website shows you can even message the CEO, yet no answer from him, and could take more than a whole day if you are lucky to receive a response.2- When you purchase a service, you go through a painful processing stage, even though purchases are digital and intangible, it has to go through their accounting and stamped for approval, this can take more than a day, and in my case I am still fighting over 30 hours and pushing to 48 hours so that I can recieve what I purchased.3- However the interface is excellent and for testing it is prompt, prices are somewhat competitive, careful though as there is a VAT added ontop of their services which does not make sense given that it's an internet and digital purchase and should be exempt from their 20% fee.4- There is no promotions all over the internet, and it seems it is scare with this company.In the end I am giving it a 2 star, and it all goes to their interface and ability to integrate well. It is a great potential that is ruined by bad bad management.And as a Developer, I cannot accept such risk, an outtage of my service because It takes time to communicate with them or to have my order delivered means a loss of revenue for me.Beware.
Hoi Alex,Ik heb jouw reactie gelezen op trustpilot. Jij schreef “we hebben het ontstane probleem niet kunnen nabootsen”. Dit klopt niet. Nadat wij meer dan 1000! Telefoontjes met klachten hadden ontvangen heb ik gebeld en toen heeft Felicia Keus ingelogd en met me meegekeken. Felicia zag dat jullie systeem uit zichzelf versprong. Dit heeft Felicia nagebootst en zij heeft mij uitgelegd hoe ik het kan nabootsen. Vervolgens heeft Felicia mij uitgelegd wat voor handelingen ik in de toekomst zou kunnen doen zodat dit niet meer gebeurd. Desondanks was het kwaad al geschied. Ik snap alleen niet waarom je in zowel jouw mail als op trustpilot schrijft dat je graag een reactie tegemoet ziet als je toch de werkelijkheid veranderd en niet van plan bent correct te handelen. Ik zie het nut van mijn reactie dan niet in....Wij versturen al sinds 2004! sms'jes via messagebird. De laatste keer bleek er een bug in hun systeem te zitten waardoor er een verwijzing naar een totaal andere Facebook pagina kwam te staan. Bijna 7000 sms'jes weggegooid. Dat niet alleen, we kregen nog meer dan 1000 klachten over de bewuste sms binnen. Telefonisch cntact was geen succes. "Ja meneer het ligt aan ons systeem maar wij kunnen niks voor u betekenen"... Onze visie is dat wanneer een klant een product koppt en dit product niet blijkt te doen wat het zou moeten doen en dit niet de schuld van de klant is, de klant haar geld terug krijgt. Deze visie vertalen wij ook door naar onze bedrijfsvoering. Bij messagebird denkt men daar totaal anders over. Nu pas wordt het ons duidelijk waarom messagebird zulke slechte beoordelingen op internet heeft. Zelden zijn wij zo slecht geholpen. Een extreme teleurstelling!
