What are the best aspects of this product?

What’s great about MangoApps is that it aims to simplify what would be an otherwise complicated process of gathering information from our employees. It’s not difficult to set-up as well.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It would be nice if there was a feature that would gather the productivity rates of our employees and present them in a graph. Tracking ongoing projects can be quite inaccessible too.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We’ve managed to centralize most of our operations by uploading our data on MangoApps. Now, we can liaise more efficiently between our clients and the production team. We don’t need as much tools anymore to keep our data organized and easily accessible. Our clients are more impressed than ever with the efficiency of our communications and work processes too.

What are the best aspects of this product?

There are probably a dozen useful (not to mention engaging) features that MangoApps has to offer. Feedback forms are packaged as short and concise quizzes, announcements are disseminated more quickly, and surveys are more easily sent out and processed through this tool. Through this, we’ve managed to take solids steps to make the workplace a better environment for our employees. It has a pretty familiar environment too, because it closely mimics the layout of Facebook--a platform that is most familiar to our employees. It has given me access to virtually every document saved in our system too, making it easy for me to QA files.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I think that the app can be less intimidating with the availability of more emoji options. I’ve noticed that the program is quite slow on mobile devices too. I hope that the developers would compress its features so that it’s not as difficult to use in our phones. I can’t seem to organize tasks properly a well. It would be nice to see what we currently have on our plates so that I can follow-up on the assignees more efficiently.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

MangoApps has successfully driven our company to grow at a much faster rate. It allows its admin to be more hands-on in various aspects of the business.

What are the best aspects of this product?

I love how I can oversee every nook and cranny of our website from one centralized location. With this solution, I can choose not only the look and feel of our website but also its content. Sending messages is easy to do as well, especially if I open the app on my computer. Sending and receiving of documents is no longer such a daunting task as well.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I'm still on the fence whether this is a good or bad thing, but MangoApps regularly updates its toolbox of features. This means that I'd have to refresh my knowledge of its commands now and then. I don't like how I have to go through so many steps just to be able to complete a task too. And I love the app on the desktop, however, I think that there is still a lot of room for improvement for the phone app.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We use MangoApps mainly to communicate within our company. It's our go-to tool for conducting online meetings and conferences, collating files, and tracking every task. We use it for slating in appointments as well.

What are the best aspects of this product?

I think that the best thing about this app is the tech and support team working behind it. They’ve been very helpful--answering questions and addressing issues that might arise. They are open to feedback too, and would gladly update their process and the program itself just to keep their users satisfied.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The initial set-up took quite some time. We needed to get a website up and running as fast as possible and setting MangoApps up was not as simple as we had hoped it would be. As an admin, I had to make sure that everything was in place. I wish that this process could be cut short, even for just a little bit.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

MangoApps has allowed us to give access to our clients without having to enroll them as regular users. Not only is this much more economical, this gives more security to our files too. Compared to all other similar solutions in the market, MangoApps has ticked off most of the items on our non-negotiables list of features that we require.

What are the best aspects of this product?

MangoApps has allowed me to set-up my very own website according to my vision. It's uncomplicated and very easy to learn.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

To be honest, there's nothing I would change about this app.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I've been able to round-up people and help them to work towards a common goal through MangoApps. All I did was to create a platform for them to exchange ideas and files in, and they did the rest.
