What are the best aspects of this product?
It offers multiple deployment options, which is convenient because I am able to enroll mobile devices using almost any device available. And when enrolling devices, the platform allows you to change the name of the device being enrolled which is useful for inventory control. Creating a profile is also simple, and even goes through various features and restrictions available. There's a vast, easy to comprehend information about every device. There's a remote alarm and geofence feature for locating devices with ease. Making changes in the devices is easy. On top of that, the platform is more affordable than most MDM products so it is ideal for SMBs.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
We are using Kiosk mode and the Admin got no complete control over what can be modified. We cannot place icons in particular locations. Also, the admin cannot stop device users from moving the icons. In setup, the admin cannot keep the app open or stop it from being closed. Apart from that, not all features comes with a description so you still need to figure out what they are meant to do. The screen does not look sharp enough. Some applications did not install during deployment. Lastly, the support sometimes do not really understand our issues perhaps because of communication barrier.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We provide tablets for our hotel guests and this app helps us ensure that device settings won't be changed.

What are the best aspects of this product?
It offers a free version that allows us to manage up to 25 devices. It's great for us because we have budget limitations. The free version still provides high security level and various customization options for devices. Enrolling and setting up devices is also pretty easy. Aside from that, the app lets us clean up devices remotely.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Not all features are intuitive enough. Also, it took as several tries before being able to setup the devices at first.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We use ManageEngine MDM Plus to manage Samsung tablets which are donated to us for our project in a Children's Hospital during the covid-19 pandemic. The platform gives us the ability to manage the devices remotely, which has been very useful since we couln't have direct contact with the children for safety reasons. The software also help us secure the devices through its geofence feature.

What are the best aspects of this product?
It got an intuitive user interface, a comprehensive knowledge base, and responsive online support. You don't need to be a pro to be able to setup devices and use this app. The software is also loaded with features and options from basic to advance. Overall, ManageEngine Mobile Device Management Plus is an excellent MDM product.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Some advanced features such as auto backups and screen layouts are not available in Android Management.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
My organizations' mobile devices are spread geographically. With ManageEngine MDM plus, I can manage our devices, install applications, configure device settings, and troubleshoot devices remotely. The app also help me track the location of every device.

What are the best aspects of this product?
What I like most about this product is the ability to manage both Android and iPhone devices and create separate profile for personal devices and company-owned devices. The data on the personal profile will not be linked with the data on corporate profile. So if you remove the data on the corporate profile, the personal data will not be affected. I also like the platform's online support, which is available 24 hours a day for the whole week as well as their free product-related trainings.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I had to configure the email on mobile personal app as company-owned device for it to work. I guess it's common on MDM solutions.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
After deploying the platfom, we are able to remove our business email acount remotely with ease. Also, this app has helped us secure sensitive business data on mobile.
