Stay away !!!!I purchased the expensive pro version of this and it did not solve the issue and broke my site.I bought with confidence because it says on their site :"Guaranteed 100% WordPress Malware Removal. Without breaking your website."and"Get 3X your money back if we cannot remove your malware."I have contacted them many times and they refuse to refund my money. It says get 3x your money back but you will not even get it back 1x timeI also asked them to close my account and delete my credit card informations which the also refuse to do. Action is in process against this company

"Free" software is a come-on. Reportedly finds large amount of malware on your site. You immediately begin receiving spam email from their "CEO" telling you of the massive problems you will encounter unless you pay them to fix the never identified threats.I removed the free software from my site and emailed MalCare telling them I was no longer interested in their product. They claim to have received a ticket to fix my site, when that never happened.Stay away. Do NOT use them. WordPress ought to bar them from even appearing on their list of security options.

Amazing software and it truly does what Malcare claim.We had a horrendous experience with Malware on our site. No idea where or how it was getting in. We paid a company £49 to remove the initial Malware but it was just a band-aid and we needed a long term solution.Enter Malcare, their software was able to detect and remove the Malware in seconds. The Malware did come back briefly, but after updating everything and locking down the site using Malcare's lockdown features we are now Malware free and the peace of mind is worth every single penny. We now take comfort knowing the site will be scanned daily for threats and if anything does get in then it can be neutralised very quickly.Well done Malcare!
