I have charged wrongly by one of the well established online company called MADGICX www.madgicx.com for something I have not even used. After asking for a refund to their customer service people, I was threaten.?

I was excited to use this system, but my experience was not good at all. 

First of all, the free trial does not offer any functionality, not sure in what way it qualifies as a trial. I was interested to use the system so I paid well before the "trial" has ended. I tried using Instagram posts to build a campaign but they weren't appearing, support told me to reauthenticate but that did not work and eventually I gave up.

I was being billed for ALL of my Facebook expense, even though I haven't even run a single ad through Madgicx, since I couldn't figure out how to use the system. I was not aware this would be the case, but that's probably on me.

After requesting to delete my account they told me there is no way to delete the account, they said I should unsubscribe and they would manually remove my email from their system.

The unsubscribe button appears in grey, and when you hover over it does not appear to be a clickable link, I thought I unsubscribed but apparently not, given it was greyed out and appeared unclickable I figured I must've done it correctly.  This is purposefully misleading and dishonest, in my opinion.

After I was billed again I talked to support and asked them to refund me and delete my account like we discussed, the representative was rude and accusatory, saying I didn't do my part and even though the button is grayed out and appears unclickable, I should have known I wasn't unsubscribed.

In the end I was refunded for the last payment, to their credit. But I have spent in total over 200$ and got zero use out of the system, not happy with my experience with them overall.

I have never seen a start up company being so unhelpful and lazy when conversing with customers . This looked as a wonderful very promising tool and turned out to be a horrible time wasting experience for me . The system didn't pull our data from our Facebook pixel , it didn't pull our catalogue ( eventually after nagging them and reading endless guides someone done it manually for us ) is didn't pull our product sets ( someone told us we don't have product sets!! ) we spend hours and hours creating new products sets for someone to tell me i don't understand what I am talking about and I should read a guide ......... as you need to have a neuroscience degree to know whether you have product sets for your ads in your accounts .......... The most ridiculous thing of all is that for a moment there I was thinking to upgrade my subscription for a year and ask for additional consultation services .. When I think of the countless hours I spent this week self training myself on this bloody system instead of focusing on so many other tasks it drives me crazy . I hope they realise this isnt the way to do business . If you don't put your customer at the heart of what you do then why are you out there ?

Horrible company. They'll try to lure you in with $59 / mo, then at the end of the month charge your a percentage of your adspent, even if you don't use their services at all, because it's horrible.Audiences don't work at all. Customer service terrible. Stay away!

These people are a scam!!! DO NOT HAND YOUR CREDIT CARD INFO TO THEM! I have told these people to cancel the product for nearly 2 months now, and they keep taking money out of my account!!! I went into their portal, canceled all the subscriptions, sent them numerous emails to no avail. They think just because they have your credit card information, that they can dip into it and take whatever amount they want every day and every month! I purchased their creative, just to be disappointed with the childish and sloppy quality. Instead of taking the onus of the situation, they claimed that the subscription fee was TOO LITTLE FOR THEM!!! So I paid $333, which they originally wanted, then another $444 because they claimed they wanted more money to provide a better quality design. In the end, they never improved, and I asked them to cancel the subscription. When I asked them to cancel, the conversation went into silence. A couple of weeks later, I see them dipping into our account, taking $5-$30 every week for no apparent reason!!! And before you know it, they took another month of the subscription that I canceled a couple of weeks prior! Once I threatened with disputes, they want me on a call to discuss the charges. They won't refund the amount but enforce a phone call, which I have NO CLUE why I need to get on a call when everything is in plain sight!!! 3 weeks pass, today Jan 22nd, they ONCE AGAIN DIPPED INTO MY ACCOUNT AND TOOK ANOTHER $333!!!! THESE PEOPLE ARE A FRAUD!!! THEIR SOFTWARE CANT DO ANYTHING, THEIR CREATIVES ARE WORSE THEN A KID FROM KINDERGARTEN THAT SCRIBBLES ON PAPER AND THEY WILL TAKE MONEY FROM YOUR ACCOUNT RELENTLESSLY WITHOUT ANY MERCY!!! IF YOU WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF, HAVE YOUR MONEY STOLEN AND THEN DEAL WITH A COMPANY OUT IN THE MIDDLE EAST THAT HAVE NO MORALS OR ETHICS, YOU CAME TO THE RIGHT PLACE!!!!
