What do you like best?
The main reason for choosing Lytho is that you can create and edit templates very easily and quickly from Adobe Indesign. This has enormous added value for us and our customers.
What do you dislike?
The template builder needs some adjustments. After I discussed that with Lytho they immediately took action and adjusted for the new update
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Our company is working with Lytho because they provide excellent support and because they comply to strict security measures which is very important in our industry. We needed help because our team was struggling with scaling marketing content production.
Our key strategic focus in the past years has been to become more digital. It has been a great opportunity but it also puts a lot of pressure to our marketing, branding and sales departments because they have to increase their output. After consulting Lytho about this, we decided to implement their solution to increase the efficiency of our marketing operations.
The results have been better than we could have imagined. We've cut 75% time from doing operational tasks like looking for resources, uploading, sharing, and publishing. Our people now have more time to focus on what they are really good at which has led to a 45% increase in creating new content.
Lytho will deliver a substantial ROI to any company or team that regularly works with (digital) assets like videos, images, presentations or brochures.
What do you like best?
We are able through Lytho to better manage our colletoral and communicate with our sales network. The entire network remains up to date and works within our branding guide lines. This saves a lot of control, difficult (re) negotiations and therefore focus on the business.
What do you dislike?
It takes a lot of work once to add all collateral and set the permissions properly. Thanks to a broader view of the support people of Lytho, we have managed this well and, partly thanks to the implementation, we have obtained an even better picture of the enormous possibilities of Lytho.

What do you like best?
Our users love the interactive brand center which now houses our brand guidelines. It was the deciding factor that won us over when we were choosing a DAM to store and organize our brand.

Set up and maintaining the online Brand guide should be improved.

- rights management, so everybody sees relevant information only
- centralised photo and video management, less mistakes with usage- and copyrights and outdated material
- statistics, so we know what material needs completion or renewal
- integration with Adobe Indesign
- and: Lytho offers constant improvements and updates

Lytho offers a range of branding options to make it fit your own style, except for the font.

What do you like best?
We have worked with Lytho’s team for many years now and have achieved better efficiency, brand consistency and smoother operations with their solution, especially as we are working with external partners who need our assets regularly. Lytho is a user-friendly, scalable, and powerful central location for us to store all our digital assets in. The DAM has been key for our expansion globally.
What do you dislike?
I don't have many cons about Lytho, besides maybe the template builder (which is very convenient) which was a bit difficult to manage at first but they are working on a new easy and smoother solution !

As we are working with many external partners and in order to keep the brand consistency, Lytho is definitely the solution: we save time for both our company and our external partners by avoiding many emails (we can notify via Lytho that new assets are available), it is easy to use, our users can easily download in HR if needed, etc.
