What do you like best?
It's very simple to schedule a meeting for any organizer. Once the request has been sent to the participants, the time is able to adjust to the local time, so you don't need to worry about the time difference.
What do you dislike?
Not that easy to reinstall. Since we have an issue when provisioning several laptops, and the problem came with the Lucid Meetings was that it needed reapproval for an use to be recognized as an internal employee. It took an actually week.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The good tool when you have frequent meetings with people from different parts of the world.

As mentioned the biggest gains of this application lies on its huge advantage of reflecting the time to the participants' local time. Even the software is able to suggest to you what would be the most suitable time according to the pool of all people intended to join the meeting.

its expensive and initially difficult to use. Need more training on how to use it.

What do you like best?
Lucid charts are good of creating charts for software development purposes and for other purposes and they are very reliable they work with other software like Microsoft teams as well. They also have a moble application which is easy to use.
What do you dislike?
The ability of the software to not design grid charts and matrix with accuracy and precision. Lucid charts are also very slow when we used it on chrome browsers in Microsoft teams.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is very good for most of the projects done especially for software engineering purposes like designing ERD. We also used it for designing parts of SRS and SDD. but for the most part, we used for designing ERD.

We were designing ERD for our software engineers and parts of SRS and SDD.
What do you like best?
I like that Lucid puts a lot of thought into making meetings more organized with a number of features that promote meeting preparedness and post-meeting action
What do you dislike?
Sometimes I think it has a little too much going on and it can become a distraction. I know this will likely depend on how many features you use during a meeting but we spent a lot of time prepping and setting up things like in meeting action reviews that we'd been fine without before

Probably not worth the money if you don't constantly need to conduct conference call-type meetings

Great for integrating offices spread out over the US! Has been good for virtual meetings with clients in remote locations.

The ability to take notes during a meeting and immediately distribute them afterwards.
What do you dislike?
Agenda management took a while to learn and implement.
