What do you like best?
I like what it promises: easy integration for AirBNB, property management, and your own booking website
What do you dislike?
Everything. I dislike everything. The calendar does not sync correctly with AirBNB and caused us multiple double booking, the back-end is clunky and hard to navigate, the "website" is slow and not user-friendly, the customer service is terrible, and getting paid is a nightmare.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Lodgify makes promises that they cannot deliver on. They have owned us money for almost four months, we have not seen a penny of it, but have to keep paying the monthly fee to have access to support. My recommendation is to find someone else.

We were attempting to add property rental booking directly through our website.
we worked with them for over a year. They have plenty of sincro problems. They never take responsibility in their poor service. We had to pay several times fines to the OTAS, because of their very bad service. We emailed them, and they don't even answer.For what they provide they are EXTREMELY expensive. They don´t send any metrics of anyhting, they have very bad conexion with airbnb and booking.The other day the founder send an automatic email saying they raised 5M euros. I don´t know who dares to give them money, but they are very bold.
They are only good for emailing you everyday. Technical support does not have any knowledge to fix the problem. Sales department of company is very successful to sell the program, rest is all bad. they keep sending you document to read and fix any problem you have according to the documents. service to connect the channel managers are very complicated and slow. 14 days of trial period I read so-much documentation of that 14 days I have never read that much in my life and calling them few times a day and still not be able to run the program proper-way.Finally to say : I guess they hired few Indian Hackers to write the program that does not work.
EDIT: in response to my review submission yesterday I got an abusive call from the senior sales manager Franklin Lacroix! It’s so bad it’s comical, literally abused me and hung up, thank you for proving me right about your customer service, or lack of it! So many other options out there, please don’t waste your time with these rude people.No doubt you may come back with more abuse, but your number is blocked.ORIGINAL:I’ve been attempting to sign up with this company, they have terrible phone lines with constant disconnections, members of staff with attitude issues and no support during your trial to really see what the system can do... just heavy sales pressure to sign up. In 3 hours I experienced 4 glitches on their system including not being able to save changes (apparently impacting the whole site not just my trial), widgets not displaying correctly (they referred to technical support, awaiting reply), when adding a new promotion it deleted all default rate details.... in addition to which they have a mouthful of food whilst they’re ignoring your pleas for help on the phone.And this is before they have my money? I felt like I was treated like an annoyance, perhaps they are targeting larger agents rather than single property listings but from little acorns do oaks grow so it’s rather short sighted. Am I a technophobe? Well I managed to set up Trip Advisor, WIX, edit video etc all without support yet I’m finding the Lodgify system lacks any intuitive navigation. when I posed questions they were unable to help as I wasn’t yet a customer?!? No I’m trailing hoping to be one! Great idea poorly executed and without support, the original team deserve acknowledgement but the sales team around them don’t do this company or produce justice.
Poor customer service & guidance on document needed to receive your payments!!! Have several thousands on hold due to documents, in which they keep giving me the run arounds every time I submit!! It has been almost a year and still no solution!!
