What do you like best?
Being able to help clients more effectively by seeing what issues or errors they ran into during their session
What do you dislike?
I don't like that this is not effective at managing usage by our internal employees and the time they are spending and how productive they are when they are logged into the app.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Easy way to identify if any issues a client is having within the app is due to user error VS the app itself and being able to quickly troubleshoot accordingly.
What do you like best?
The ux is really good. It is easy to create segments and check de videos that you need.
What do you dislike?
There are some recordings that are not there and It is complicated to understand why.

I am checking how my clients use the product and I have seen there are some features that are not that visible, or some other features that are not working as expected.
What do you like best?
It's simple, UX is great, setup is fast & it's just a more complete solution than Hotjar (which is usually what people go for!.
What do you dislike?
it can be a bit laggy sometimes, but it's nothing too annoying. Rage clicks, etc. - not sure how precise they are with this.

We basically used hotjar for a while, and switched to LiveSession and it's more economical for us now.

LiveSession is a cost-effective and extensive tool to analyse your customers. Additionally, you can easily build funnels using advanced filtering options. On top of that, the integration of the tracking module with our website was effortless and quick.
What do you dislike?
The functionality of the app is limited, although it's focused on funnels and analysis part, so we don't mind about this limitation.

The support of the LiveSession is really helpful and can give you great tips regarding the usage of the tool. The experience with the trial version was outstanding, and we're now implementing the solution to all websites.

We wanted to analyse the behaviour of the customers that want to find information about various sports event (Triathlons, Marathons, Duathlon and then they want to buy the ticket for a particular event. The filtering options allowed us to analyse all pinch points.
