this is good for general personal use. it is not to the level of detail that other commercial packages offer but is also not nearly as expensive as other 3d packages.

I am a big fan of this app (was using it for almost 10 years already). They were growing muscles from year to year and now I can hardly find a missing functionality for me. 2D tools, 3D tools, imports / exports - everything is there. Since they opened the possibility to export projects to AR, the app turned out into a fun game for me and my kids. We can literally walk now inside the houses we've made! What I also like about Live Home 3D is an extensive number of video tutorials on their website. Want to know how to make a deck or outdoor kitchen? Voila! Have trouble making a complicated roof? Here it is the video for you! I highly recommend this app to everyone, especially since they have a free version too!
