What do you like best?
Adding financing rounds and CLA, sending out documents and e-signature
What do you dislike?
sometimes not so user friendly to add transactions; not every aspect covered (many esop possibilities which is hard to cover all)

No manual tracking of transactions. Systems supports me when issuing, granting or transferring stakes, really convenient. Dashboard shows me all relevant info, easy, appealing. Equity plans gives me fast overview on options, granting, execution. Overall realiable and fast overview on all equity related questions.
What do you like best?
Having our cap table live, see all past transactions and be able to do round modelling; also nice is to have our option program in there

nothing really to complain, its fast and reliable

It would be nice to have more automation in contract creation.
