UPDATE FOLLOWING THE REPLY FROM LANDLORD VISIONThe price increase is not "just over" £10 per month - its an increase of £11.84 per month - so even your "justification" of the difference is wrong at 18.4%.Whichever way you dress it up, you have increased my price by 136% - I see it's been even more for some of your loyal customers.I will just give this warning to others - you are investing a lot of time to set up your account and are storing YOUR historical data with this Company - and they can then inflict ridiculous price rises at their whim.They've done it once with their valued customers, showing they have no morals when it comes to doing it again.Remember, "The best indicator of future performance is past performance."---------Good Software HOWEVER just been hit with a 136% Price Increase.Not 1.36% nor 13.6%136% - that's ONE HUNDRED AND THIRTY SIX PERCENT price increase.It's obscene and no matter how useful the software may be, I cannot continue to support a Company with such business practices.Just imagine, you spend your time setting-up your properties, tenants, documents etc etc and then they can hit YOU with a similar obscene price increase too.All business costs are going up so they have to pass that on but 136% is laughable.-------------Now going to try Rentila at £4/month for upto 5 units of £8/month unlimited.£48 a year Rentila or £257 a year LVAnd that's the first of many software providers available for me to try.

Love the software but just had an email that my price will rise from £7.04 to £21.96 with no change in service provided. An increase of 196% is incredibly unreasonable

Price increase from £4.76 to £17.20 per month, nearly four times as much.Very faffy and doesn’t really add much value.One to cancel!

I have been using this for a few years.Software is good, bit fiddly and long winded at times but I put up with it as it was under £5 per month.Checked my bank this week to discover a price hike to over £21 a 350% increase.Looked through my email and found one email in junk and that's it. No notification in website or anything just a hike with little explanation.Contact someone at LV who doesn't understand the problem from a customer perspective and helped show me how to cancel.Cancel it is then.Warning for future customers. Be wary investing your time/money into this as who knows what the next hike will be, maybe £400 because they haven't raised the price for a few months so it must be justified, even if you don't see or use the features.

I really, really wanted Landlord Vision to work for me so that I had an alternative to my long used spreadsheet. On the face of it, I liked it and I have to say that support is superb. They spent 90 minutes on the phone to me today and were very helpful but the problem is retaining the information I was given. I just find it too complicated for a landlord working on a simple cash basis. I don't need invoices or many of the other features. What really put me off tonight, and why I am not going to continue with it, was that my bank account details disappeared from the accounts tab altogether. I also found it almost impossible to delete and correct entry errors. That never happens with my spreadsheet. Sorry but I am still looking for a good and simple, landlord account package which is intuitive.
