What do you like best?
Test case management made me so so comfortable. We can create whatever we want like Test suite, scenario, test case and Assign each of them to project.
What do you dislike?
The UI was not good. Performance was not good. It takes some time to retrieve results. Also USer interface has to be improved. Its kinda messy but it solves the problem.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Strongly recommended for people who dont have other options.

Our company has complex test scenarios with several test cases. Now I can arrange them in order with respect to their corresponding project.
What do you like best?
Easily manage all testing tasks including test cases creation, execution, and assignment of tasks

Nothing as of now, it is a good tool.

What do you like best?
Integration with JIRA, very convenient for teams using JIRA as their issue tracker and Kualitee as a baseline test management option, where bugs and issues can be logged here and forth in both tools and teams can work independently on different cycles.
Functions wise, Kualitee is a sought out tool where it is made by testers for testers. So you can feel a good UX design leading your actions along a well-designed test cycle
The mobile SDK and integration with Selenium is a huge plus point, as most automation frameworks around the world are build using Selenium
What do you dislike?
Nothing so far as my experience goes, it is a good product for a small to the medium-sized test team.

Mostly for a test manager, the problems which require solution are of "Time" and "Resouce Allocation", with Kualitee we can easily assign tasks to teams, get their results, integrate this with our PMO in JIRA and then save the time of going back and forth for updates.
What do you like best?
For me, the idea of having a test management tool with numerous integrations is the best feature any test manager could have. With JIRA, Selenium, Jenkins etc., my professional life has become a breeze if nothing more.
What do you dislike?
As a upgrade Mobile app should have more features for QA teams instead of plain reporting.

My scattered QA team now has one platform to collaborate over and I can have the traceability I require with changes in test cases. Managers, leads, in Software testing ought to try it if they face similar issues.
What do you like best?
I like that you can set up an unlimited number of projects, create testing teams and the dashboard is useful to track your progress. It allows you to re-use test cases suites as in the instance of regression testing. There is also a reporting feature.
What do you dislike?
It's a little labor intensive to set up your test case suite. Additionally, the test cases can't simply be numbered 1-2-3. I have been using 0001 - 0002 - 0003.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would absolutely recommend Kualitee. In addition to the great features offered, their customer service is excellent. They are responsive and have always come up with a solution to any problems.

Since we are a non-profit, we were looking for a tool which was free. Kualitee offered that option although our plan has now moved to a paid version. They did work with us on the pricing. It's a web based solution which doesn't require any additional set up. Overall, the quality of our products have improved since setting up a formal testing process with the help of Kualitee.
