What do you like best?
Not really sure. I investigated the software as a possible management solution for our company but found the trial version more or less impossible to use. Maybe that is by design? I am not sure what the point of the trial is if it lacks any functionality. Or if the functionality is there and accessible, the UX needs drastic work to make it more user-friendly as I didn't seem to be able to do anything.
What do you dislike?
Slow load times - took forever just to log in. Lack of user-friendly design. Was maybe due to the level of access I had but I couldn't seem to start a project, log a task, really do much of anything other than look at the site's design and cycle through its pages. The whole point of this software seems to be ease of use so I think it fails in that regard.
What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Was hoping for an agile management solution but it will not solve that need
