What do you like best?

The campaign creation feature is very good and brings a lot of positive results to our marketing industry, it is an extremely well thought out and intuitive feature and it allows even unknowing people to be able to create more complex campaigns.

What do you dislike?

More flexibility of Kreato CRM would be fine with contact information. Currently importing is only possible if you have an email and a name that many systems don't have. This ends up making it difficult to handle.
