What do you like best?
It's a simple Business process management tool.
What do you dislike?
We started using this over a year back and spent almost 6 months in adopting this across our platforms. We were facing some issues from the start but their customer support was constantly saying it's our side issue. Now when we have implemented this across our systems it's constantly creating issues. Thier platform/API gets down every few days.
Recommendations to others considering the product

The mobile app saves time and energy. Always on, always works.

some parts of the process are not very fluid

The ease of set up and the data validation options. The GUI is pleasing and for the most part set up is quite intuitive.
What do you dislike?
The inability to skip sections based on a previous result (if those sections are required fields. The live data set is accessible but cumbersome. There is no way to connect outside apps to harvest the data live, you would have to export it first, which means it wouldn't me constantly updated. I was unhappy as the pricing increased several times and then the number of flows were set up on a tiered pricing system.
Recommendations to others considering the product
They appear to have a large library of templates (apps now, check those out. As I started when they were still in beta these were not available to me. However, the processes I was automating are highly specific to our company so I don't feel like I missed out on them for my purposes. Do take advantage of their walk through help files, customer support is decent.

I used Kissflow as it initially launched for my first workflow solution. It was a pretty good introduction to workflows for my users, and I set up request forms to walk the various key individuals through the processes of setting up new accounts and checking for completeness.
What do you like best?
The intuitiviness and the whole sistem of flow and postings in which allow user to have ownership over the tool
What do you dislike?
for each 3 times i posted a change, 1 had a bug that made all our flow break and more then 200 employes stopped working. If that happens you should have a closer support to allow us to solve stupid bugs in hours, not days or weeks how it is now

Workflow, Automation, CRM, Post-sale. For workflow it works well but the others three are not done properly by the tool

its web based system and connect with google suite.
What do you dislike?
bad support and a lot of limitation cross the app.

support more language, add different calender's like Hijra calender's provide native language chat.
