What do you like best?
Nothing - the cms has limited capabilities

Just a CMS we use on a Corp website with limited agility for content editing

You can set it up that you have the availability to fully customize templates and pages
What do you dislike?
Glitches in saving pages, different version updates will delete pages entirely or not save work. Frustrating to teach people who don't know CSS/HTML as their WYSIWYG is really limited and glitchy.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Note they are a European based company and their CS is very hard to understand (broken english and they get back to you at weird times).

CMS for website. No upside benefits compared to other CMS.

It is very much affordable compared to the leaders in the space.

I've had developers tell me that is a bit cumbersome to customize.

Allowing the less tech savvy to update the website. Spending less time managing web changes by giving other users limited access to the website.

Ability to automatically create re-directs when re-naming a page URL
What do you dislike?
Its not user friendly, everything is hidden in the menu to change, its completely templated - to create a new unique page expect to shell out thousands if your not a developer

Only use this CMS if you plan to outsource or hire someone in house to manage this

I have a website now, so that is solution - no benefits, mostly headaches.
What do you like best?
Nothing, frankly. I wasn't around for implementation, but using it has been painful. Shopify and Demandware were much better.
What do you dislike?
The email marketing through Kentico is onerous, with limited analytical insights. You can't schedule banners to go up and down when you want. The promotion capabilities are limited. The platform isn't the most intuitive. I'd go with shopify, personally.

Unless the integration is super easy and your needs are few, go with someone else.
