PROS & CONS
What are the best aspects of this product?
the customer support was great (a little hard to understand) but good overall, until They did not do what they promised and I asked for a refund and they went from replying within 10 minutes to currently I haven't heard back from them in 2 days!
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
the overall website is clunky and hard to use, they gave me a test demo of a marketplace I planned to design Through their service and then they told me I needed to sign a contract and after the contract was signed they sent me a list of things I needed to do and pay for which amounted to about 1 thousand on top of the thousands they wanted to "design and build" my website after the money was spent and about 3 weeks of work they finally sent me a link to see my website and to put it lightly it was trash. when you go to there site you'll see that there is several "different" marketplace's but if you click on them you'll realize they are all the same with a slightly different logo and backdrop that was the case when they "custom built" mine it was the grocery marketplace with the logo I paid for slapped on it! I demanded a refund and to cancel out to use a different marketplace designer and they haven't opened my email in two days! PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE SAVE YOUR TIME AND ENERGY!!!
