What are the best aspects of this product?

This was my first encounter with project management software, which justifies how suspicious I was at the beginning. With time I learned to rely on Kanbanchi so much, that I don't have to do any manual work to keep trace of my projects. It does everything for me: it manages my workflows, and considers every task that needs to be accomplished. I would also like you to know it comes for free (there is a paid package, something like $49 per annum, but I think it's not that better. The software is easy and will take no time to learn, while GD integration is ensured for everybody to have access to the system. I think that's the best online management can get, at least for me.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

My expectations were a bit too high for an unexperienced user, so I hoped for functionalities that are not there (date stamps, alerts on pending projects, etc). More detailed headline panels also sound like an idea.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We receive a lot of samples from our customers. Kanbanchi helps us manage all of them in a reasonable time. The procedure is always the same, the only thing that varies is the number of steps for managing different processes.

Easy of use, flexibility and its application in any field.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The user access level could improve to increase security and minimise user mistakes. and a mobile app would be great as the web version is not very friendly.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Mobile App, Integrated CRM or perhaps an advanced follow up ERP system.

Human resource allocation, project management , idea management and marketing campaign managements.

What are the best aspects of this product?

We were looking for the simplest Kanban to support the work of our virtual team, and we appreciate what we got with Kanbanchi. The tool is simple and user friendly, and it complies with our every need. We also like the fact that it is free, and wll integrated with Google Drive for the managers to distribute assignments.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

My only problems are the inability to code more than a single color in a card (it has to be the entire card), and the inconsistency of the search filter (it generates confusing results).

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We needed the Kanbanchi App for Verification and Development of Agile SW. It was priceless, considering that we have around 40 engineers working from different locations across US and India, and we have to coordinate their work. Everybody has access to communicate the status of their tasks, and that's really admirable.

What are the best aspects of this product?

Three things mostly: Awesome integration with Google Drive where employees share dashboards between each other, impressive color banners for labeling a card's status, and most of all the rich checklists one could create in order to estimate the applicability of certain tasks to more than one project, and compare it to the other tasks likewise.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

This is not the most important thing in a project management app, but I would still prefer a more appealing one. Dates, attachments, and other card elements should look nicer, or eventually be rearanged in a more logical way. It also makes the system a bit impractical for making notes, since comments are saved on the bottom, and changing the description is obviously not an option.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I was completely overwhelmed by projects, relying on my exhausted mind to know where we stand with each of them, and the tasks we had. Switching mental gears each time an offer arrived to bid on a prospective project, or to appoint an employee to quit what he is doing and to take over my work was just painful. I wanted to gather all work in one place, and to rely on the fact that employees know what they are about to do. It made life so easier!
