What do you like best?
- Thanks to Kameleoon we are able to identify strategic segments and provide them the best experience.
- The consulting team help us and provide us recommandations to optimize customer's experience.
- Kameleoon can be interfaced with data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Salesforce, or even Hotjar.
- And last but nos least, this is an intuitive and user-friendly platform.

Nothing so far. Kameleoon is a user-friendly and intuitive platform.

Kameleoon allows us to:
- carry out a wide range of AB tests, to provide the best customer journey to our visitors.
- improve conversion and increases the average shopping cart, offering our visitors personalized experiences.
- segment our audience
- adapt the content of our site based on the behaviour of our visitors.
What do you like best?
Kameleoon’s comprehensive features allow us to carry out both simple and highly complex tests, incredibly rapidly. With Kameleoon I can launch many impactful tests and expose them to all users. I'm no longer dependent on my production roadmap and I am independent from our IT team.

Nothing negative with Kameleoon so far !

With Kameleoon, my tests are launched very quickly. I can spend more time on analysis and make real optimization on the site. I have an established roadmap for the year and Kameleoon helps us to scale up and design personalization projects that drive incremental conversions.
What do you like best?
We have direct contacts who can be reached quickly. They also answer and help us quickly. They listen to the customer and develop requested features
What do you dislike?
After new releases some bugs and errors occurs. More tests could be done before new releases.

If you want to have special adjustments for your company needs and also have developers working with the tool Kameleoon should be the best choice

We are using Kameleoon in two departments. First one and the bigger part is product development. We are using Kameleoon to test new features, designs and user experience on our web page. The other department is custom customer acquisition, they are using Kameleoon mainly for personalisation purpose and to target and adress campaigns to users.
What do you like best?
We have been working successfully with Kameleoon for a year and getting to know the tool was pretty easy from the start. We ran some great successful A / B tests and started to establish a test culture in marketing.
Kameleeon not only supports us in the implementation of the A / B tests, but also provides valuable optimization ideas for our test roadmap thanks to the UX expertise. Together we developed a strategy for conversion rate optimization.
With the intuitive interface, A / B tests can be implemented easily, quickly and inexpensively, so that we were able to shorten some internal processes.
The planning and execution of the A / B tests is quick and uncomplicated, so that we have already successfully implemented a large number of A / B tests, which has a positive effect on the conversion rate.
Despite of being so easy, it hold a great power allowing you to make changes to your website without knowing to much about web development. Overall it’s a great tool!

There is nothing to complain about. I hope that will not change if we are going to implement complex A / B tests in the near future.

- We can display variants via Kameleoon that we cannot implement directly due to a lack of IT resources

Kameleoon helps us to get to know our customers better and to improve the user experience.
The editor is really useful to do some quick testings on the website on your own. So you can gain a lot of data from your users.
If you want to do more complicated and larger testings, which need to be coded, your consultant helps you to write the concept and moderates the interaction with the developers. Also your consultant supports your during the whole testing and helps you to analyze the data.
What do you dislike?
Sometimes it takes a longer time to code a test, but it depends on the complexity of the concept.
