I find that Kajabi is pretty rigid when it comes to adaptability. It is a platform designed around courses, not memberships.I am using Kajabi for my membership, but I am being limited by its inflexibility. It keeps the automatic monthly payments coming, and the interface is professionally designed and makes me look "good," which is why I continue. BUT it has severely limited me with what I would like to give my members, so I also had to buy MemberPress and install it into my website to give myself that flexibility.
Pushy with people
Our issue was not resolved and there was no real effort to resolve it.
Bad customer service, no refunds. I signed up with them at the beginning paying a monthly fee but being so expensive I switched to the yearly plan. I never used their service because i went through a lot of health issues. When I tried co cancel my plan they said I have to wait an entire year for this and that I cannot cancel, nor getting a refund for the remaining of the year. Their training is the worse and the platform is very difficult to figure out, on top of that they charge you a fortune for the service and sometimes I had to wait hours to chat with someone.
We had so much trouble uploading videos we had to take clients to another platform. We are overpaying for service with you :(
