What do you like best?
Approvals are simple but that’s about it. You need an admin to run the he thing and it’s not connected to my planning system. It really needs to sync with Adaptive Insights for it to be a tool that I would give my recommendation for.
What do you dislike?
It does not connect to Adaptive so we are constantly reconciling the differences bewteen our planning system and Jobvite. Also, it’s jist another software tool I have to log into for approvals. There should be an easy way to approve via email rather than needing to login each time.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
It’s ok for a repository for recruiting efforts.
What do you like best?
Our company has just recently started using Jobvite, and it is not very user friendly. The layout and look of it seems outdated. It is hard to figure out how to sign up and sign into the account in the first place. You can not just push the back button on your browser to get back to where you want to be. Figuring out how to get back is not easy!
What do you dislike?
It is not user friendly. Trying to figure out what you need to do is very difficult. It makes it difficult to share new open positions with people.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
The only benefit I have found so far is the custom link that shows that the someone found the job through you.
Bad experience. After several interviews made in several months, with lot of hours invested, just received an standard email rejecting me. I beleive this is not the right way
Horrible navigation. Cannot sign documents and upload. Every document is a pdf and to "go back" you have to X out of the document and re-log in. The documents have a review and sign button but the tasks never disappear or are confirmed as complete.
I have technical issue with my virtual interview, six hours waiting after sending the ticket nobody reply, decided to call them on toll-free number, nobody picked the phone, decided to call Quebec number with French and it was invalid number.
