What are the best aspects of this product?
It does the things we need it to do, when it works.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The software will not sync with our QB and they cannot figure out why. Customer support is basically non-existent. You have to send an email or leave a VM and wait for a reply.
Are you a current user of this product?
Yes
I have been waiting 2 different days for a schedule for training now. Not a great start to this process.
Want to cancel and they make it entirely too difficult to cancel subscription and require a meeting. Of course meeting was 10 days out, after next billing cycle. You should be able to notify them in writing of your desire to cancel and the subscription be cancelled.....
clunky not user friendly
The customer service is the worst!!
