What are the best aspects of this product?

Pushing out policies and creating profiles can be done remotely and conveniently now. Deployment of devices is made easy.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I find it hard to deploy printers and repackage applications. Students don't have admin rights to Jamf so it's hard for them install printers. I also find the app a bit pricey.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We used to have difficulties in refreshing labs but thanks to Jamf, it seems simple now. This also includes applying restrictions and adjusting wireless settings.

What are the best aspects of this product?

Jamf Pro is an invaluable MDM solution! It's exactly what we needed in distributing devices to various groups of users who are all working remotely. Its integration with Apple School Manager is really helpful.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I wish they could connect users directly to the tech support staff who can address our particular issues. Right now, we have to talk to several staff first before reaching the engineer who will handle our issue.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We're able to resolve multiple issues in multiple devices remotely using only one mac.

What are the best aspects of this product?

This is definitely the best MDM software for the iOS ecosystem! It has really good integrations with other apps. It can do a lot of stuff actually, and you'll learn more about it if you engage in their very active Jamp Nation community.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

They could improve on the profile configuration and simplify it. The way it is now is a bit complicated and laborious for users.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We lessened our tech support tickets because it's been a really helpful for users. It's easy to troubleshoot devices because of this, so we no longer have to contact IT every time.

What are the best aspects of this product?

Jamf Pro is a flexible software that allows users to customize it based on the needs of their organization. It's an all-in-one solution for conveniently managing Macs and other iOS devices.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Some things needs to be improved in my opinion. This includes its reporting feature and printer management so we don't have to use external software anymore to supplement these services. Jamf Pro is a bit pricey as well.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I mostly manage PCs and Jamf Pro has helped me get a good grip of managing macs! We also no longer have to contact IT experts every time because the self-service feature is reliable enough for the users to resolve issues on their own. We get to monitor our devices' privacy settings, configurations, and authentication.
