Found a "good deal" for this VPN, I thought the deal was alright for a VPN company I've never been aware of. After a few weeks I began to have many issues with the windows Software with settings not working and it logging me out every few days and not saving settings or login details. contacted support but that wasn't any help. THE worst part of my story was the software telling me I'm connected to the network..... I WASN'T. For the whole day on the internet thinking I was safe, turns out, the software was broken, I spent over 1 hour to support telling them about this... the guy was trying to tell me, it was my fault for not shutting down the software when not in use. Internet kill switch was enable but wasn't working. the support guy was sending me programs to install on my PC. In the end, I left with more then a year on my account.I wouldn't trust them, I saw a deal today that was $0.99 a month... how can they make money with low low prices then everyone else?Update: After reading your reply I remembered that you do keep connection logs. You're able to see when an user connects to the server. Somewhere in my inbox I have an email about this. It's nice that you're willing to compensate for the time lost, not sure if you're talking about money or something with the account. what happened to me SHOULD NEVER HAPPEN. You give me a false sense of security.

Fra Danmark: Min forbindelse går 90-95 % ned i hastighed, det er som at gå tilbage til 2G. Den står og venter og venter med at få forbindelse. Ved kontakt til support får jeg at vide det er normalt med en nedgang på ca. 33% men hvilket er ok med en 50/20 forbindelse. Men faktum er den går ned på under 1-3 Mbit i hastighed. 2. Gang jeg kontaktede dem, vil de gøre noget ved det, men der er min tålmodighed brugt, jeg tror ikke på dem. De får kun en stjerne grundet selve formået med købet som ikke kan bruges med så langsom en forbindelse. Support, systemet m.m. er fint, og det at jeg har en fortrydelsesret, gør at jeg ville give det højere antal stjerner normalt, men det falder grundet selve hovedformålet forsvinder uden en forbindelse.UPDATE: Efter deres standardsvar, som henviser til jeg skal skrive til dem, hvilket jeg har gjort, og flere mails hvor de helst ikke vil slippe mig, har jeg nu endelig fået en bekræftelse at jeg får mine penge retur, hvilket jeg også forventede. De får dog stadig ikke flere end 1 stjerne, da formålet med en VPN forbindelse ikke bliver bedre af den grund. Har nu skiftet til en anden, hvilket jeg mærker tydelig forskel. Prisen er dog 2 dollar pr. mdr. mod 60 dollar for 3 år + 1 gratis hvis jeg ville blive, men hvorfor skulle jeg det, når det ikke virker hos mig.

Do Not trust this VPN!!! 1 star is an OVERSTATEMENT to them!This is a complete fraud. At first, they told you a 30-days-money-back guarantee and it worked ok with occasionally certain locations could not connect from time to time. However, amazingly, right after 30 days, the software installed on Win 10 suddenly crashed by itself and despite multiple attempts to setup VPN in Win 10 directly or via software, even when it shows VPN connected, the IP address ALWAYS remains the same as the original Internet IP and Never change. The online support could not answer the issue and when asked for a refund, simply asked to email to the helpdesk yet after email, NO single reply from them on the refund or exact solution!This tantamount to cheating, I signed up a 1-year package with 1-year advance payment yet nothing works now and not allow refund! Under such worldwide pandemic situation where people need to work from home, this is absolutely disappointing if not despicable! Better use the payment cheated by them to donate to any needed area than this!!!Update on 24 Mar. 2020:They replied me and told me it's passed 30 days refund policy (yeah! the system crashed and could not login and did not work RIGHT AFTER 30 days ONLY) God knows what they did! And if I want I MUST refer another person to transfer my package to them than can "refund" to me!I do not have any friend to refer to, for I cannot refer something I cannot use myself to anyone! Do unto others as you would like to have done to you!Worse company in Singapore must be!!!!

False claims on their website.Obvious lies about their competitors on their order page, stating that all their main competitors do not provide 24/7 support, which they do. States that Nord and Shark do not work in China, which they also do. Customer support when contacted did not provide an answer for this issue and just replied that they themselves provide 24/7 support and offered to take a trial. Lies and incompetence. Does not inspire trust when choosing a VPN provider...

Ivacy VPNI bought this VPN, tried the IOS app. Only IKV protocol is working, whereas IPSec protocol is not working through the app. I was asked to connect manually.I also tried connecting one of the US Servers from India, tested the speed, I got only 8mbps, where as my actual internet speed is around 400mbps.I connected to some of the Indian sites like Hotstar.com from India location, the website is rejecting the connection. This happens for both Windows and IOS app.I do not recommend this VPN.
