Used to work easy, can see everything and history, not so great with new version

Renewal at $99 is outrageous. Also, Starting a couple years ago, they got credit card acceptance, turned on by default. I don't want that, because I am already established with another provider. You have to toggle it off manually each time. Its up for renewal not and I hate to pay it.

Decrease the price, perhaps allow monthly payments, allow to disable the credit card option for billing customers

Easy billing from the app
What do you like best?
Being able to quote and invoice the customer before leaving site, and the ability for customers to pay by PayPal and Card.
What do you dislike?
Sloppy UI. Not for users with parts lists at all. It used to be but the latest major update makes it unsuitable for businesses who deal with a pre-set database of parts and prices, it's now more suited for people who make up a description of the job and then make up a price. The parts database has sadly become second fiddle. Also I've also always had a problem with purchase orders. It's nice to turn a quote into a PO for the wholsalers, but it also copies our labour and prices to the PO too. Why would you want to do that?

Slow, Sloppy, Clunky. So hard and painstaking to use, I now don't even try to use it in front of customers, it's embarrassing. I'm back to where I was 3 years ago now, coming home to a load of paperwork, I could've done on site before leaving.
What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Well... Used to save a lot of time and cut down on "homework". Really moved the business forward. Now, it's a chore to use, it's slow, they have cut out a lot of features, and the UI is sooo bad now.I'm leaving, looking for something better. They respond sympathetically to your problems, then no absolutely nothing about it.

What do you dislike?
Not being able to send invoice & get help when invoice shows pending. Getting someone to resolve has been an issue recently & frustrating. Screenshot shows pen ding invoices wget e for some reason th e will not update, save not send

What do you like best?
The ease of customizing the invoice to look the way you want and to include the details wanted make it look professional and easy to convey what you want.
What do you dislike?
As a business owner that deals with small volumes, the costs are a little much considering what you get. There are some options that are not necessary with the lower tiers but I’d have to pay for additional services I don’t need to obtain the level of that includes the service I do want.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The basic package is EXTREMELY BASIC with limited features, yet still costs more than it should. You can’t attach pictures or other features. You can upgrade but the costs don’t seem to always match what you get.

Billing and invoicing are extremely easy. I don’t have to go through multiple applications now to process payments and send the invoice.
