I got the one time payment code for Invoice Crowd from Appsumo and thought it was good.I was having problems with the platform and messaged their support team at 12:30 pm and received a response at 5pm. Their agent was completely unhelpful and was more concerned with me mentioning that I got the product from AppSumo, and that I am getting a free upgrade for leaving a favourable review.His messages about this:"can you please remove the mention of appsumo from your trustpilot review?"When I said it was dishonest not to tell the truth and provide context for the review he dropped it.Only after he failed to get the platform working and we dropped this, he sends a follow up saying:"As for trustpilot's review, all I asked for is removing any mentioning of appsumo or lifetime deal. I am not asking you to write a fake review, just positive review of our product in general and because of these 2 simple reviews we are giving out 500 customers and a free upgrade to our team plan. Anyways, if you don't want to, it's fine."If a company is essentially bribing people to give good reviews, and are so worried about other people knowing the full picture, that's a bad sign. The requirements to post on TrustPilot include not submitting reviews that were coerced out of users through bribes and upgrades.I am let down that this team is more concerned with reviews then they are solving a customers problem.Edit: So you have the support chat to show that you ignored my questions, you took 4 hours to respond, and you ended up not answering my questions. In those 4 hours I had a hard time navigating your interface and even confirming if the payment methods actually worked or not. Editing templates was a nightmare, there was no way to easily confirm what the client sees, and you just admitted that it's difficult to actually use your product.To submit a review to Trustpilot, you have to claim that it is not done for any personal gain. That's the reason you don't want me to mention anything.I initially liked the interface and the layout. Upon actually diving deeper and trying to get work done, I was encountering a buggy mess of an app. Bribing people to leave good reviews just confuses the consumer, and I'm glad that AppSumo was kind enough to issue a refund. I'll be returning to Wave.If you need to manually guide a user through your interface, something may be wrong with your interface. When I have no way of knowing if the information I provided is right, you build uncertainty in your product. Rather than accepting that you botched the way you dealt with a customer, you're doubling down and starting a fight in a review. I'm going to be the bigger person in this and just leave it at that, but recognize that chastising your customers who have valid concerns and criticism of your product will not convince them to stay with your product. I'm leaving it at that.

great invoice tool easy to use interfacelove it

Ok, bought it and played around a couple of days, so I can deliver a first review, prompted by the offer of an additional 500 customers upgrade:Pro:- UI: Design looks good, in general the playful coloring, which makes me actually want to use this software- Possibility to switch between 5 different companies issuing my invoices. As freelancer and company owner I do have 2 legal entities and 4 brands I´d like to separate. Invoice Crowd will help me do part of that trick and keep all in one place at the same time. Super welcome!- Invoice design looks good: even though there are only 6 different templates available for my invoices, the b/w basic can always be used and looks pretty ok- the accounting function, which at least means a total of your revenue and some numbers important to me. There are free invoicing services out there, but I don´t want to copy into Excel, and this might potentially save me a lot of time.Contra:- Little quirks are annoying, e.g. in Austria we do not write the ZIP after, but in front of the city name, however this can´t be changed. I also don´t need "State" in a small country like Austria, but only to put my country and city. You can leave it out, but the writing order will be negatively effected.- Again, little design mistakes: there is no space in between "Bill to" and the customer name, but one free line between "Bill from" and my company name, resulting in an uneven look. There is also no easy avail to fix it yourself.- White label is great, and needed, but you still find their Crowdinvoice Logo on the bottom of your online invoice. For my customers this looks "cheap", as in "free service" you seem to be using.All in all it is good enough for me to give it a try, and leave my free alternative for it. I hope, I won´t regret it, but considering all points, I think it is well worth it.

I am using this Invoice platform from one month and I love this site by using multiple features on cheapest price. Invoice templates sre lokking profetional, and also I love this UI.

We have been using IC for about 6 months now, and it has saved us such a large amount of money that we are now able to spend it on other things we need for our company, including other licenses for needed software. The convenience is the key to this program's success. We are now able to manage all of our companies from one, single dashboard, and even allow each to use different payment methods to collect funds. The developers and support have been very helpful, and they even added features my team and I requested. I am confident this will be our invoice solution for life, I am so thankful to have found them.
