What are the best aspects of this product?
Very easy to setup and advanced trigger options. The survey integration inside emails is also very helpful.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
No show stoppers at the moment.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
Adding auto generated coupon codes at the end of our surveys, but I guess this is not really useful for most of the users of the system :)
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We didn't know enough about our website visitors. With the data from Informizely we can make decisions backed by the wisdom of the crowd.
