What do you like best?
Comparatively Infor LN is much user friendly than SAP.
What do you dislike?
After the migration there were system bugs related to finance that we could not do the monthly accounts for three months.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We expected to use features like Incontext-BI that was demonstrated but Infor team was not able to make it available.
What do you like best?
There is a decent aspect of organization on the software.
What do you dislike?
I disliked having to continuously reload the page after it logs me out due to a period of inactivity. The filtering is also not convenient and takes too long to filter data.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
The only benefit I've realized is that is organizes a lot of information for the company.
What do you like best?
Infor ERP is highly customizable and thus can easily cater to most of the business requirements.
The technology used is the 3GL and 4GL language with basic SQL syntax, which makes it easy for any newbie to learn and start customizing.
Implementation of Infor LN is quite easy compared to its competitors, it has inbuilt Data Migration tools which can help migrate data from legacy system to Infor LN ERP.
With Infor ION, integration with third party application seems seamless.
What do you dislike?
The Reporting tool of older versions of Infor LN is quite restricted and isn't user-friendly.
The functionalities that it provides are not up to the Business standards. User interface is not as good as compared to its peers.

Before implementing or Opting for Infor LN, kindly carry out as is and to be analysis. Based on these results kindly attribute, whether the to be processes can be mapped with the process with Infor LN. You can hire consultants from Infor to carry out the due diligence. This will help to make the optimum use of the ERPP Software. There are loads of functionalities in any ERP, but most of the users kind of go for customizations instead of using the standard product.

The biggest advantage of an ERP is it integrate various departments data and brings it one single platform. Infor LN exactly provides that.
The benefits realized is in terms of cost effectiveness, better data reporting, better control of inventory, automation of various business processes, considerable reduction in manual efforts of the Business Users.

Easy to get all information regarding PRS or PO in purchasing and easy to track all closed and runningPO
What do you dislike?
For projects and finance, for any P, it is difficult to find quantity of purchase items and deletion of PO is also difficult

Older version of Infor LN (BaaN IV and BaaN V) was not having impressive GUIl Front end screen was not very user friendly. But new versions eliminated those issues. Rest all this is a very good rep system.

I found this rep very user friendly. Module integrations are easy to understand.
We can also customize this ERP at any extent. This ERP also provides product configurater module which I like the most. This module enable us to generate bill of material automatically based on user defined rules.
