What are the best aspects of this product?
Outlook sync and the ability of custom programming. Also the initial migration from our legacy system. One time perpetual license and no annual software maintenance.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Poor customer service experience. Custom work is not guaranteed like out of the box programming. General release updates are buggy and when custom dev updates are applied, bugs that surface are not included in free bug fixes. Their attitude is that no software is perfect so the customer should expect bugs. They like to compare themselves to Microsoft and that Microsoft applications all have bugs. So as a customer I should expect every release to have bugs. Cannot rely on updates to be bug free. Always fixing new bugs after each update. Owner's statements would contradict previously agreed statements from Account Team

I would like to see at least one bug free update release.

What are the best aspects of this product?
We love Infoflo features for stages, appointments, emails and etc. This software helps us to stay in track with our customer needs.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
At the beginning we had some issues with few bugs, we needed to close the app and start over again. But everything is okay now.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Infoflo helps us to gather customer information and keep track of open orders. We have a full list of purchased products, when we wait for payment, when we need to produce more, when the product ships, and our customer feedback and satisfaction. Very useful product, we can keep track of everything. Also, we use the feature for setting appointments. The good thing is that everyone has an access of the customer emails, so everyone can help when our customers are facing with some issues.

When you need to train new sales reps the earning course for Infoflo is really short, but it’s very beneficial and useful.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I would like to see more options for Admin account.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We use Infoflo in sales and production departments, we use it as a CRM-database and it’s very effective tool when it comes for managing customer lists and call backs. Also, this software provides us with useful tools to evaluate calls and sales for each rep. In addition, we use this software as Project Management, and helps us to manage each product through the full phase of the production. Also, the email marketing add-on is great feature.

What are the best aspects of this product?
Infoflo is easy to use and intuitive software with amazing interface. This app allows us to add new employees so we can speed up the production and engage them so they can become more productive as well. I have to tell, that they have wonderful support team. They help us when we face with some issues. They are very helpful and responsive.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It would be nice if they could implement automated workflow, for e.g. an option to create certain type of document that will help to create task for each employee, instead of manual tasking.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
This CRM software helps us to keep track of all information, data, clients, and providers. We can facilitate the billing and follow-up.
