What do you like best?
Easy to use and very robust offering as long as you have the latest version at all times
What do you dislike?
Releases are not build so one goes to another - when you upgrade have to do loads of rework to get to where you were and any time you want new functionality told you have to upgrade

Make sure you understand the level of work to get all of the information needed into the tool as it is not insignificant.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We needed single source of truth for current processes that is used globally and then to start working in inefficiencies. Have been able to get moat of the professes documented and spotted a lot of quick wins in that process.
What do you like best?
Call to action simulation can be easily equipped and the process controlling unit learns us to fill the rules control out thanks to the detailed datasheet settings (upload from external tools possible).
What do you dislike?
First steps are not good enough described in the basic settings - a menu with the simple and necessary functions would be helpful to get a first overview.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Using modelling forms and simulations to offer our IE-management office the possibility and giving the choice to re-think about standard and special events during the processing control. The ongoing product fixing and reuse of learned processes works at the best.

Igarfx is one of the easiest tool available in the market for Business Process Management. It offers ability to do process mapping and simulation, capcity modeling with igrafx orgin
What do you dislike?
Not a easy way to pull our reports. No inbuilt dashboard to measure any metrics

AMAZING tool with lot of functionality with easy navigation. Works with lot of shortcuts.

It helped us to understand our current state processes and also helped us the measure the impact of change
What do you like best?
There are lots of options provided in this tool, compared to other mapping tools iGrafx provides Template categories like Process, Value Stream Mapping, Lean Sigma Tools. Mapping template provides various alternatives which is much easier. Navigation for this tool is way ahead that other mapping tools.
What do you dislike?
Even though there are lots of technological advancements in Tech industry taking place. Igrafx could be updated in terms of automation, Optical character reorganization and voice recognition to compete industry tools.

Good process mapping to document processes and add value to the process.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Since I could capture the oral and written processes as a Flow chart, I could use this for future reference, I could use this process map to automate the process.
PROS & CONS
What are the best aspects of this product?
The platform makes it very simple to relate our risk catalog to the processes where they exist. Additionally, we are able to define key risk indicators and measure the performance of the risk and the impact of any defined controls.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Thus far I have not experienced any issues with iGrafx. I would like to also identify opportunities within the process but I understand this coming soon.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
I would like to be able to identify process opportunities as well. I have been told this will come in the next release.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We are subject to pretty complex audits. As a result, we need to be able to clearly define where we are at risk for non-compliance and address those concerns, lest we could be fined pretty heavily.
