What are the best aspects of this product?

Once you are familiar with the design and page association everything becomes easy. You can use Forum to get some support and sharing info from other members of my team. I love the ability to group source questions inside my team.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I have struggle with companies who want to avoid paying in cash for the product.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Organizing connection with other servers makes it simple to live support. I can clearly get all work of my email in one section.

What are the best aspects of this product?

I love Igloo’s File Management, also I love the Integration Features with different features, and the ability to send email and to get one answer, helps me to send question for whole gathering and to get multiple responses.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I wish there would be better integration with Microsoft Office. And about Connections I wish they are more organized into day by day activities. Users get false information for the contrast between memberships.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Thankfully, we can see email administration and send email, date-book and new app and updates for under graduated without being too expensive. Their supportive team was very professional in helping us to organize our archives.

What are the best aspects of this product?

Igloo is an efficient solution in our company every day. It is easy to train newbies into the platform, then they can immediately start using it for sharing info among other tasks. It seems similar to popular social media sites too, only that it is geared for better productivity at work. Igloo supports efficient assigning and distribution of tasks, as well as sharing business-related data among employees.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Igloo is not a powerful platform for managing projects. For instance, it is insufficient for planning new tasks, and we feel it doesn’t handle schedules on calendars very well. It doesn’t feature quality visual presentations too.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Igloo has improved our communication lines very well. First, it removes the need for us to use various communication platforms, which means we do not have to joggle from one app to another just to retrieve an information. This removes some unnecessary complexities in our company. Second, it provides efficient access to specific company files I’m authorized to open, and it also keeps everybody up-to-date with recent announcements and news.

What are the best aspects of this product?

Igloo reliably serves a multitude of purposes in our company and for various units. It is perfect for internally or externally sharing info, data, reports, files and projects. Thus, we can share information regarding management, conferences and trainings easily. Setting schedules is also easier on the platform.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We haven’t settled on the best web layout while setting up the platform for our company. Fast forward to today, we have realized that our dashboard has unnecessary elements, and they make the layout quite messy to use. We hope for better features that we should have incorporated on our layout for better functionalities. Sadly, we cannot purchase more packages from Igloo to cater our needs today.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

There are many teams in our company that function differently from one another, and Igloo proves a great solution to boost our cohesiveness. It is now seamless to share projects, reports and files among other stuff to all the teams. We even use Igloo in sharing data to employees outside our company too.
