It is an impressive recruitment product. When it comes to managing the processes that take part in recruitment, it helps you to do all that without much effort. It is highly configurable which means that you can implement it and customize it according to the needs of your company. This will help you to analyze and manage data that relates to the entire process and make decisive decisions moving forward. Apart from that, it has powerful partnership with other players in market to make sure that this product provides the best solutions for recruiters. With the consistent investment in innovation by iCIMS, it is clear that they are dedicated to providing modern solutions to recruitment problems, which is a good thing.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There is very little to like about this tool. However, you will find a few problems here and there which tend to frustrate you a lot. For my part, it is the reporting functionality that comes with this product. It has proven to be challenge on my part especial when it comes to pulling up reports on different areas we engage in with our recruitment processes. That part is not intuitive let alone user-friendly. It would be nice if they made it easy to generate and locate those reduces within a short period and without much hustle. The good thing is that, the customer support is highly responsive and they helped us through the challenging processes.

It offers a way for us to manage our recruitment processes from a single point. The cloud based solution equips our staff with the right tools and resources to execute our duties. It thus saves time, money and effort of having to manage talent acquisition. With the help of iCIMS, our Onboarding processes have become easier to implement and execute. The fact that we can access the platform from anywhere, gives us a better and more reliable way to do less for more. In short, we have become more productive in our area of talent acquisition which has contributed heavily to our success.

What are the best aspects of this product?

Convenient ATS that lets us efficiently sort applicants into different sets. It also features streamlining customizations. This lets even our superiors to put applicants to certain positions instantly. Plus, it features instant syncing of certain configurations without the need to wait for it to load and take effect.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

This is perfect for integration with other HR platforms, but it doesn’t do well with some. iCIMS should add them to its list. It is also hard to do tweaks on some files. This causes some problems for our superiors because they can’t make certain files meet specific demands.

This is a useful platform for various recruitment processes in our company. It is a big help for some upgrades in our operations too. This is because it efficiently handles info about our staff, recruitment officers, and contracts among other details. All our offices use this ATS too.

This is a topnotch solution for making different processes highly efficient for our recruitment department. Using and customizing this platform is extremely easy as well.

It lacks the adaptability to some essential aspects. This is because some fields are hard to customize, and some don’t allow any configurations. Thankfully, we are able to find some solutions to these problems.

It significantly boosts the productivity and efficiency of our recruitment staff throughout their operations. It makes recruitment super smooth, and it reduces the use of paper documents too.

It is dependable for storing, arranging, and retrieving applicant data smoothly. It also lets us customize reports that suit specific purposes.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The app interface is quite rough to navigate, especially that the icons don’t represent their functions clearly. I think the profiling features are not enough for better retrieval of data as well.

This ATS helps in creating reports that follow specifications depending on what each project demands. This is how we make our clients happy with such reports. Also, this platform is capable of handling any applicant profile seamlessly. This lets me handle such information using one dashboard, instead of inconveniently hopping from one app to another.
