What are the best aspects of this product?
We appreciate that it is easy to get started with using MaaS360. We benefit highly from using this software since, unlike most of its competitors, it is compatible with the old models of devices that we still use in our company.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The quality of their support service has been declining recently. Their rates are also less ideal for us.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We offer this to clients for device protection and security. We like that it is compatible with older models which other similar software no longer support.

It can be quite difficult to navigate at first.

This software gives us control over what applications may be used on our company devices. Through it, we can also check the locations of our vehicles.

Their support service is top-notch. The software has a user-friendly interface.

I wish it's possible to have settings for turning off specific features of the device.
