What are the best aspects of this product?
This software enables you to understand and capture the interactions between processes. It also lets you automatically generate diagrams using metadata.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It works differently than other platforms and can be quite challenging to learn how to fully navigate and use, especially because it comes with many different features. However, I am still new to using this and I appreciate that it introduces an innovative way of working with process flow documentation.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
I rely on this for all my documentation needs. It comes handy for developing and presenting as-is and to-be business process flows.

I wish this platform had better analytics and reporting features and was more cost-efficient.

It lets us work with already existing content, thereby making us more efficient. It also lets us share processes and collaborate with other departments.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I think they should work on making the product more intuitive, especially for new users.

We have a dedicated team for mapping the interaction processes of our customers with banks and they rely mainly on this software.

What are the best aspects of this product?
This platform has a good UI design that allows for easy navigation. It is also a great tool for collaboration when developing business processes.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It could be quite challenging to secure a license with them. I hope they will be more responsive and provide better customer service. We sometimes encounter issues with the load time of their cloud platform and we hope that will be resolved soon. It would also be nice to see enhancements done on their integrations.

IBM Blueworks Live is the perfect tool for process mapping. With this platform, we can develop and improve our business processes and measure the impact of the steps that we are taking.
