PROS & CONS
What are the best aspects of this product?
Hubspot's user interface is excellent, although the overly-simplistic UI also has its drawback - finding features and getting information can be tough.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The Service module doesn't really do a lot. It's more about email workflow and extends other parts of Hubspot's offering. It's not a viable product for someone who really needs to implement a proper ticketing or support system.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
Actual ticketing and inline replies, a support and account management team that truly understand the product rather than ticking boxes and going through the problems they *think* clients need to solve.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
None. We are going back to our old solution

Good knowledge base and helpful team. Good to have the connection to the marketing suite too.
What do you dislike?
Limited social media connections and reporting focuses on marketing

Our customer service suite use this as their main tool
What do you like best?
I like few things, my company using Hubspot for many departments,mrketing, sales etc so:
1. I can have access to many people in my company, can tag them, ask for help, we can make notes to each other under each ticket/email
2. I can have access to many channels in one place - website chat, FB messanger, email
3. I can have access to a history of purchase and browsing history of the client and it helps me to understand their needs better
What do you dislike?
The worst things are:
1) Chaos in history of emails- this is organised in a weird way, not like in gmail, mail after mail, you have threads, monthly acitivities, I am lost in it after 1 year..
2) Attachments to emails - not easy to find, you have to make many clicks, they are hidden in clients accounts
3)Size of writing box when creating email - it is very small, I have to write longer emails in Word!
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Few but I remember changing the size of the menu bar, customer help was quick and solve my issue immediately
What do you like best?
As a loyal HubSpot user, it's great to be able to offer clients a full sales and marketing ecosystem within the same platform
What do you dislike?
There have been some teething issues I've come across that I believe are down to the emerging nature of the platform - given time, I hope that the HubSpot team can address these.

We work with a large retail client who rely heavily on customer service and visibility over complex ticket pipelines
What do you like best?
The ease in which you can move tickets without needing to open them, the integration of chat features/notifications into Slack and the automated email sequencing feature.
What do you dislike?
The inability to forward emails directly from a ticket.

TIme management - Greatly improved via fully customisable automated sequencing
