What do you like best?
HUB Planner is a great tool for mapping out tasks for individuals and entire teams, and laying them out in a way that shows dependencies, capacities and timeframes for getting tasks done. It can be color-coded, which is a nice feature for showing priority (or other indicator). I especially enjoy the ability to easily drag and drop items into different time slots, and it automatically calculates the new capacity for that individual.
What do you dislike?
One thing we wish HUB Planner was able to do is integrate with our project management tool, Teamwork. Right now, we are having to update tasks in Teamwork separately after making updates in HUB Planner, which can be time consuming.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We're able to easily adjust schedules and map out dependencies for each employee with HUB Planner's drag-and-drop feature.

Ease of holiday booking. simplistic way to keep track of holiday left.

Can take while to sync up once changes are made

It could be better in the change management system - I can't propose an allocation change in my projects (could have a comment field and approval system)

What do you like best?
We have been using Hub Planner to manage our technical project teams’ resources for over 1 year. We have found it easy to setup new projects and assign and reassign resources. Project managers and engineers are able to easily see who is working where and create reports and view overview resource details in the dashboards.
What do you dislike?
Could be easier to assign different colours to booking categories

Trial the product and ask for help which they are always willing to provide.

Wish we could link it to our "clock in / clock out" punches for the most accurate account of where staff is
