Hive can be used by everyone from management to employees. With the custom view, we can view it according to what the department is assigned to do and also view it as a whole picture.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Viewing messages without lag would help.

What are the best aspects of this product?

Hive is the only application I used which really delivered the term all-in-one. Everything and in a user-friendly user interface. Using the app it has been easier to track tasks, and even the team members participate in using them (before only team leaders can use our management tool because they were complicated and had restrictions). With Hive, we have everything in one place with everyone participating and with more organized scheduling and tracking of tasks.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The desktop version needs to improve its speed and the mobile application needs a lot of improvement.

Everyone in our company participating and keeping responsibility for their tasks.

What are the best aspects of this product?

My personal favorite is the customizable view of tasks. Every department in the company uses Hive for their workflow and they have different priorities in the tasks they do. I like how we can edit the way we view the app so that each department can view and access immediately the resources they need.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Improvements on their mobile application.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Using the application one platform for everything, better communication between departments, fewer emails, better workflow.

What are the best aspects of this product?

This application has helped me in the entire process of my company's projects. My personal favorite is the ability to plan projects using the application. We can schedule a project timeline, identify each stage and subtasks for each stage, and assign them accordingly to each department. During the project, we can communicate with each other using the chat feature and view the status of each task.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I think this is due to my not being used yet to the application but I find viewing tasks quite confusing. Viewing the Gantt chart and creating them in the app is challenging.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Being able to see the bigger picture, and then track each phase with the result. I get to see everything in one place and get to allocate projects and tasks accordingly to the respective departments.

What are the best aspects of this product?

Pleasing to the eye, easy to use, and extensive. Hive has the best features which ensure that a project is all in one place--project plan, notes, attachments, status, and shareable to other users (and even clients). Their support is very helpful and they listen well to our comments and suggestions for improvement.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

A "View Only" option for clients would be helpful.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

More accessible files, improved transparency among colleagues and clients, better communication.
