What do you like best?
This a tool which comes in a paradigm of all in one culture, as it has most of the tools inbuilt, like chatting tool , group chatting, team creation , task creation, and task progress parameter, text sending , calendar, scheduling, email notifications etc,
so this tool has it all, the chatting is all each entity level called spaces, this space can be created for team, project, task ,etc each have its own chatting space,
this chatting is a advanced one like slack or teams,
the task cards can be moved in to states and the estimates, work logging etc are taken care of,
this really works for sprint processes,
this helps improve communication, collaboration and task management,
cost effective, instead of spending on different tools for different purpose we can use this all in one tool, and it is highly integrated
What do you dislike?
This is a innovative tool is too good to have any issues, but i thing there is lot of scope for new features to be added
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
The Tool Helps in managing and tracking the projects in all levels, from the product manager to the developer , and the chatting and scheduling tools helps in in house communications and collaboration , it helps improve the time management

What are the best aspects of this product?
I love that it combines the features of my favorite tools: chat with Kanban-based task management.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The lack of a desktop app, but I've got the news that soon it will be able for desktop and mobile.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
Searching messages you've sent, messages and files in a specific channel, all direct messages that have been sent to you will be really useful.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Jumping between tools to collaborate efficiently. Before we started using HeySpace, we used three other apps, and it caused lots of misunderstandings, we often forgot about the crucial tasks. Now we have one software that combines the features that are essential to us.

Combining tasks with chat is really helpful - we've been looking for something like this for a long time

Lack of mobile app is a problem but from what i've heard it's coming out soon

It’s a perfect product for teams dealing with many tasks. It allows managing tasks and projects with the advanced chat feature. This app is somewhat the combination of Slack and Trello in one place. HeySpace solves various problems because it provides many possibilities
