What do you like best?
Happeo is a modern intranet that fulfills all our requirements. It is east to stay connected to colleagues even if we are spread out all over the nordics. The interface is modern and easy to use which is very important.
What do you dislike?
The iPhone app could be better. The overview of the newsfeed but also the length of the signed in session could be longer. It is not possible to reach all articles within the app which I dislike.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
One place for all our important internal info. Accessible from everywhere. Since the news feed is similar to social media, people are more likely to understand and interact with each other. We share internal news withing Happeo and it is like a community for us.
What do you like best?
Happeo is an integrated social intranet solution that is compatible with Google Suites. I like the simplicity of the product, with a minimalistic approach to collaboration and communication.
What do you dislike?
There are many features in competitors that are not in Happeo yet, like surveys and polls and full features mobile app.

If you are looking for an interactive social intranet, you should highly consider Happeo.

It's the unification of all our local and global intranet and collaboration platforms.
What do you like best?
Happeo is extremely user-friendly and provides an easy way for companies (especially international ones) to connect their employees both to each other and to information. It is an all-in-one solution for networking and storing information (intranet).
What do you dislike?
The process of setting it up and designing the look and feel was more difficult than expected, so having a graphic designer on board or as a consultant can really help.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Happeo allows us to disseminate information more easily throughout the company and reduce the amount of emails sent out. Additionally, with the translate feature, we do not need to have important memos translated manually because users can translate themselves with the click of a button. Happeo contains all of the information stored on our old database on the pages section, and the channel section we use to collaborate between different countries or across teams. Additionally, the smart search feature means that anyone can look up information easily and find it. This is particularly useful for finding people. In a large company, sometimes it is difficult to remember who someone is. With smart search, you can find them within an instant and see their job title, schedule, organizational structure, etc.
What do you like best?
Firstly, they are a very professional company from sales, implementation and ongoing support. They want you to succeed with their product so offer continuous help and support to get your Happeo implementation perfect from the start.
We had a lot of material spread out across our Google G-Suite account and Happeo helped us to bring it together in a clear and easy to access manner.
It's also easy to use and requires very little training to get the end-users on board and using and contributing themselves, so I don't have to support yet another system.
What do you dislike?
Honestly, nothing. I really mean that. It's a straightforward and feature-rich product.

Don't be overwhelmed by the onboarding process, it's well worth doing it right.

We had a lot of material spread out across our Google G-Suite account and Happeo helped us to bring it together in a clear and easy to access manner. End-users find it easy to use and now contribute their own content. Happy days!
What do you like best?
Happeo is very user friendly and easy to use. The use of widgets for plug-and-play make developing pages a breeze. Being able to integrate both Slack and G-Suite have helped in structuring and streamlining not only internal communications, but it has also helped us get our stored files to be more organized and structured.
What do you dislike?
The only downside we have encountered is that the mobile app only lets you view channels and not actual page content. It would be great to have page views through the app eventually, but at least the apps makes viewing announcements we post in our Company News channel is easily accessible via mobile devices.

Utilize your Happeo reps! Our rep has been AMAZING in helping us to fully understand and use the power of Happeo. Of course there are things Happeo cannot do yet, BUT, after having several meetings with our rep, I am confident that Happeo will continue to evolve into a resource that will continually help improve our company's culture and communication.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Happeo has helped us streamline communications for both company wide and individual office announcements. We have also been able to create content for new team members for onboarding, which has received amazing feedback. One of the larger issues we have solved by using Happeo has been keeping everyone up to date on current events or happenings we have going on internally by utilizing the Events page we created!
