Paid for 2 copies of there software over a week ago and still no serial number they never reply to any emails even ones sent by the third party who collects there payments.

I downloaded a 30-day trial version. My first task was to set up email notifications within the app but I ran into problems so I contacted the "support" email address for them to suggest where I might be going wrong. Two more follow-up emails later and I've not had a single response. However, I do still get pop-up messages on my PC as each day ticks down to the end of my trial version. 'm really not sure how they can expect me to upgrade to the full paid version while I have issues. Poor image to its potential customers.

I've been working with this software for about seven years and there was nothing to complain about... A very effective solution for those who like stability. The configuration is very intuitive, which is the reason I started using it in the first place. Helped in countless cases for all that time.

We use this software to work with MySQL databases. Set up very quickly, a quite simple GUI (I haven’t seen anything easier) I recommend!

A good backup solution looked somewhat antique in version 7 but is much more efficient and modern-looking in Handy Backup 8. For me, the crucial advantage is its capability to support business-level data plug-ins such as virtual machines, as well as many storage options, including those for online backup. I am using the Small Business edition for my workstation, and our institute utilizes the Server Network solution for multiple machine backup and recovery.
