What do you like best?
The search bar is probably the best function of this tool because it allows you to use keywords to find what you need.
What do you dislike?
What do you do if the answer isn't in Guru? That should be its own separate card. If the information does not exist, then Guru is practically useless. The system is only as useful as the knowledge that is put into it.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure that you have ample information to provide to the other users. If you don't feel like your time is being spent answering the same questions over and over again, then this system is probably not the best for you.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
It prevents employees from bombarding others with simple questions. This gives back time to those who need it because filling out a card on Guru can reach more people whether they were looking for that knowledge or not.
What do you like best?
Easy to search & navigate. Chrome extension is great as well!

Nothing at this point. I have only been using this for ~3 months and so far, it's working great. I will update my review as I dive deeper into the product.

Sales asset management.
What do you like best?
Our team has a ton of Case Studies, How to Guides, Sales decks, etc that used to get lost in peoples inboxes/folders and went underutilized. Guru's been very helpful in organizing these docs into a living, breathing home base where we can find the doc we need much easier.
What do you dislike?
The search functionality could be better. Sometimes I have to click around on a few cards to find my way towards what I was looking for because the search functionality didn't pick it up.

Sales content utilization and organization
What do you like best?
Guru makes it easy to find information and is a central place to store information.
What do you dislike?
The way that Guru interacts with Slack is not the best.

Its helps our staff to find answers to many questions almost instantaneously.
What do you like best?
Card content can be short or long which gives the team flexibility in what kind of info can be added in. I also like that a group of people can be responsible for validation and not just one person. The comment feature also allows teams to comment or add more info per card.
What do you dislike?
Maintenance is a huge thing that is needed so that Guru gives the most value. And the search is kind of hard because it needs to contain the right words for the card to populate. The more cards you have the more important naming convention needs to be which is hard to control with a large team.

Definitely include it in your research and reach out to the team. Everyone who works there is really nice and wants you to succeed.
