What do you like best?
The friendly and beautiful UI is what attracts me first. Then, recruitment features are really efficient and powerful by allowing us to upload and manage candidate data in one place, work with team members online so it helps to speed up the interview process. We also really like the time-off feature integrated in the mobile app so that employees can request anytime and our team and collect that data easily every month to calculate payroll.
What do you dislike?
Tthe reports are kinda basic and uncustomizable, I have to export the data to Excel to make pivot reports. The onboarding is still difficult to use. Plus, the mobile app not really engages with the employees except requesting time-off. Some of the features needs more customized like the hiring note - it limits the characters.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
The instant benefits we can see after using Grove HR is that we save a lot of time in compared to using Excel and spreadsheets to manage HR. Before, for leave request, employees need to send the manager and HR an email and then wait for manager to reply to that email. Now, our employees just request on Grove HR and at the end of the month we can collect that data easily. The same with hiring and data management.
What do you like best?
Now, all our recruitment activities are executed in Grove HR. We have our own career page, job board integration and customized hiring flow. Not to mention the Hiring Team feature, my team and I have been able to collaborate and further scrutinize our candidates without having to leave the platform! Grove HR's directory, org chart and employee records are also helpful and easy to use. Plus, it is very convenient for our new employees to self-onboard on the mobile app.
What do you dislike?
The only thing we have an issue with is the comment for team members being character limited and that it can not enter another line. Besides, when there is a new comment, there should be a notification for everyone in the team about it to avoid friction in the scoring process.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Scale down the recruitment process, but make it more effective. The hiring pipeline feature is the best. Repeated tasks like sending an interview invitation, interview notification, thank you email, etc. are all automated. Easy to work with and collaborate with the hiring team. Seamless transition in recruitment. Good customer support. Highly recommend for SMBs
What do you like best?
One thing I love about this company is the customer service. They are extremely responsive to all my inquiries and even adjusts the product to fit my company’s needs. For example, they add the option of half-day working, instead of only full-day because my company only works Saturdays morning. How amazing is that?! Plus, all the basic things an HRIS should do, I think they have it all. I absolutely love the way they tailored the product along with an employee experience to reduce the attrition rate and produce happy productive employees.
What do you dislike?
There are still some more to be desired, which I could name a few: Uncompleted mobile app, English-only, still lack some ready-made templates like interview invitation email. Though the team had received these feedbacks and promised to work on them. Eager to see improvements.

Grove HR helped solve messy, scattered data as well as time-off issues. With time-off, I can see the instant benefits which are time-saving, convenience for both HR and employees. I can see that employees are more happy requesting time-off on mobile.

Attendance system as per the application.
What do you dislike?
Without line manager editing the profile is not possible as of my knowledge.
