What are the best aspects of this product?

Well, there are too many of them. However, to name a few, Greenbox accepts every file type, with Greenbox you can selectively allow or deny access to a document, set frequency-based reminders for yourself and your team, capture, retrieve and approve documents from mobile and store your data on the cloud, private cloud or on-premise.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There aren\\\'t too many of them, to be honest. However, organizations not familiar with modern enterprise products can find it challenging since they\\\'re used to the traditional methods of storing, tracking and managing documents. Adapting to such a technology-driven solution could be a tad bit difficult. However, with proper training, they can master the software to the best of its ability.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

The digital feature would only add another feather in the cap. I\\\'d like to see Greenbox have the digital signature feature.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The organization was toiling hard to find the right DMS that would help it get past the problem of time management. Employees had to lose a lot of time looking for various documents. The predicament would escalate to a situation where we could see ourselves lose on to a lot of production. However, upon implementing Greenbox, the production skyrocketed, the document management became very smooth and we could see a lot of positive results due to the DMS.

What are the best aspects of this product?

Other DMS offers limited Storage space, while Greenbox offers 50GB storage space. Which is unbeatable.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Not every employee in the organization will be welcoming enough of the new move. Most of them will be reluctant to radically mending their ways and might find it difficult to adapt to the new software as they’re accustomed to the ones they’re already using.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Digital Signature.

Managing paper documents is a daunting task, for it is marred with various kinds of challenges. It is a DMS that, from tracking the document version history to sharing and collaborating over it, helps you transform your physical data into a digital repository. Greenbox empowers the users with a variety of features like unlimited folders and subfolders, powerful search, universal content search, Solr OCR/text search inside an image, document versioning, and restoration, granular access control, and advanced document control feature, document approval workflow and smart handling of metadata.

green box is an awesome software with all the features that I need for my team. It is loaded with security features and does the job perfectly. it also speeds up my team's work Highly recommended!

greenbox is an awesome product. as such, it has no problem.
