What are the best aspects of this product?
I love how it is easy to set up and easy to use. It provides great integration with Audio and VOIP. I also like the integration with Marketing Automation Vendors-Pardot.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The numbers that GTM/GTW provide cancel the meetings and webinars. Also, there are lot of customers who have turned on the firewalls and they cannot attend the meeting. As I said before, there are integrations with marketing automation vendors but it took lot of years to create the APIs for the integration. I feel that they are pretty slow when it comes to product development. Additionally, there is lack with international dialing numbers.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
It helps us to perform meetings in real-time.

What are the best aspects of this product?
I love GoToMeeting product because it is easy to set it up and because it is user-friendly tool. As organizer/admin I have different controls so I can better manage the meetings. It is reliable tool and it can be used by other companies even though they haven’t purchase the product. What I love most the integration with Outlook because it makes the scheduling meetings easy.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I don’t like that there are limitations with contacts. It takes 5-10minutes for downloading the software.

It helps us to arrange meetings fast and easy

What are the best aspects of this product?
GoToMeeting offers great options for setting up online presentations, conference calls, webinars and project collaboration. I like the ability to switch the presenters during the meeting. Everyone in our company can present their product/idea from their desktop while they live in different location.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Sometimes the phone system for conference call can be clunky. When you enter the meeting ID sometimes doesn’t register the ID properly. These are few issues but it can be frustrating from time to time.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
This product saves us lot of time and money. We don’t have to travel the world in order to perform the meeting, all we have to do is to invite the ones you want to have meeting with.

What are the best aspects of this product?
GoToMeeting offers great set of features and it is extremely easy to use. I like that works for every kind of company. The features I like and use the most are: Screen sharing (this feature comes with perfect quality, the image is clear and fast), Simple UI (it is not cluttered and it doesn’t have unnecessary features, there are simple buttons for managing the screen sharing), chat, keyboard control, markup, recording, video conference. We are able to pause the shared screen and do something else in the background.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I don’t have any dislikes about this perfect product. Someone may want more and more features included but for my work and experience these are enough.

Great software for screen-sharing, call, chat and conference meetings.

What are the best aspects of this product?
This software is easy to learn and easy to use. When users set up the software we can easily schedule and start the meeting, everyone who want to attend the meeting can easily join into it. We use code or links and we don’t have to worry about issues because we always have choice for inviting people. It allows us to switch screens between members to someone wants to speak.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I don’t like that requires setting up account so we can have our own dial in number and meeting ID, it’s no big deal for me because I have to do it once but I’m not sure for the fee of each user.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
I’m using it to train employees and business clients across the globe. It allows me to move screens and documents easily and to switch screens around. Attendees are allowed to ask questions and to discuss about the topic. It’s great tool for setting up our own meeting without accessing special training. It saves lot of time and energy.
