Terrible service, no customer service to help alleviate disabled accounts which get disabled for no reasons. I was hosting a simple giveaway for a game that had similarities to another game and gleam had decided to disable my account and all my social media services. Would definitely not recommend, no care at all.

This company has terrible customer service. They do not care for their customers. I would use any other company but this one. I would recommend using Raffle Copter or PromoSimple instead.

Sucks... Since the first time I tried logging in it tells me my email has already been logged in and won't let me. How is my email already logged in if it has never let me log in???? It's just stupid and annoying.

We are a Nor for Profit organization and the fact that you have to pay $120 for a YEARLY subscription for Hobby level is complete BS. We live and breath by our donations on Patreon and Paypal which is a small amount each month. We have a budding affiliation with a couple of sponsors so need the ability to add more than one option for example to Visit a Facebook page, but nope. The ONLY way you can get that feature is to PAY $120! What a total rip off. Shame on Gleam for this.

Terrible service. Banned my account for doing a giveaway differently then they wanted even though their platform let me do it that way. Have winner price (Nintendo Switch) and has receipt. They banned my account. So I cursed them out.
