What do you like best?
It is very useful for tracking each event.

It is not User-friendly properly. Maybe it can be more better.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I can track each event of visitors and about them.
What do you like best?
a. It's showing system location city accurately
b. It's showing system hostname
c. It's also showing average duration

a. I was thinking that it's redirecting me to same details page, although it's not true. That option should be more obvious to users
b. Difficult for user to find out user Agent OS options
c. Difficult for user to find out user Agent browser name
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I can find my user's location & how much time they spend for my website.
What do you like best?
My favourite feature would be the user session tracking functionality. I really like how I could look at a user session and see a click-by-click view of how users interacted with my site. I can see this being very helpful in getting a granular understanding of how users interact with my site and in debugging issues.
What do you dislike?
I didn't like the load time of the dashboard, it seemed slowly than I would have expected. I feel this feature could do with some optimisation, and some styling/UX work done here too.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Before integrating Germain APM into my site, it was very difficult to understand how the end-user interacted with the site vs the expected user journey. With these insights gained through the user session functionality we can optimise the site to improve the user experience overall.
PROS & CONS
What are the best aspects of this product?
Germain APM easily helps us grab comprehensive graphs regarding the implementation of different software and browser management processes in our company. This is truly valuable for complete management and analytic purposes.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
This platform is very hard to learn especially during the early stages of implementing it in our business. Better training materials that are easy to understand would benefit its new users.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Germain APM lets us efficiently and practically track and handle different activities in each app that we handle. We can implement the analytic process properly as well.

What are the best aspects of this product?
Efficient for handling different jobs in one hub. Also, it is noticeable that Germain APM remains fast and efficient through various domains we use. Now, I’m thinking if Germain APM allows the use of one login credentials into different company management through the same hub. Such a possibility would surely boost the convenience we enjoy.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
We need to depend on tutorials just to start using Germain APM. Its interface also needs improvements. And it would be valuable if the Germain APM developers improve the app with the help of actual user suggestions.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
I’ve used this in our school, and Germain APM works really great. Now, I’m planning to implement it in our production line. I think Germain APM would be very helpful for me, and for the business of my friends. Thus, I’d surely grab its free version, then go on with the paid subscription for complete benefits.
