The people they got to our website were no qualified leads for us at all. They told us they could do the same targeting as google. we asked for healthy people above a certain income. Every person they got to our site was sick or far under the income level we asked for. When signing up i asked if i needed to spend time with google ads zeroing in our target audience, they specifically told me "no you dont it wont make a difference you can jsut sign up now and we can dial in your target audience for you" then when we got 0 qualified leads in 2 months we said hey this is too much money spent to get nothing, and the same person who told me i didn't need to have my audience dialed in before hiring them said "genius monkeys success relys heavily on customers already having their target audience dialed in before they hire us so since you didn't do that i'm not surprised you guys have not done well" then suggested i dial in my audience and come back to them and spend more money. I hired some one for far less than they charge and the new person did targeting 100X better in less time and got more results immidiatly. This was a huge waste of money only because they lied to me in the beginning and told me not to target because they wanted to get my money they didn't care at all about our success when using them other wise they would of admitted i would of benefited from dialing in my audience a few months before hiring them. Either that or they don't know anything they claim to know and were actually just unaware how to best use their own system when i signed up. Either one is a obvious issue for a company that charges 2500 a month minimum.
