What do you like best?
I like th ease of use with this software. There is little to learn that isn’t similar to most other softwares
What do you dislike?
I dislike that the software seems a little dated. Although somewhat easy to use, it feels like it needs updated.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
This helps us with our note taking and patient flow throughout the day.

I like the amount of information and data provided by the software

It’s not very user friendly and I would like a manual for quick referencing questions instead of having to watch a video.

There is not a good way to input our care plans and payment plans in for the patients.
Monitoring the number of patients seen, what they’ve been billed and what has been collected.

I love that we can collect all of our payments from patients in the software.
What do you dislike?
I don't like how complicated it is to change the colors of blocks (ex. #FFFFFF)

This system really provides all of features you need to run a successful office for your employees. It is also very easy to navigate after a little bit of exploration and time, but it works great.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Our office has resolved our billing issues by not having to bill out of office anymore due to the software that we are using with this software and has helped us immensely.
What do you like best?
Genesis Software is a very complete patient management system. We have never been so organized with the management of our practice. The task management console reminds you of any unfinished tasks you have. The support team is very knowledgeable and helpful.
What do you dislike?
The system is very complex. Learning the system will take a significant amount of time. You will have to dedicate several hours of training. Genesis does offer implementation training and training videos.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We have shortened our claims collections process. The Genesis billing team works on our behalf to maximize our collections.
What do you like best?
What I like best about genesis is when it comes to scheduling patients it gives you an option to book more than one appointment at a time.
What do you dislike?
I do not like the fact that genesis has so many buttons and tabs constantly on the page. Makes its difficult when it cones to training a new employee. Seems complicated at first but it truly is not.

By keeping all over our patient records in a organized matter and able to relay information to our patients very easily.
