What are the best aspects of this product?
Ease of Use - price is average although there are some for free, we have had a lot of problems the last while with Freightview not being able to quote during the busiest time of the day, it seems there is something almost daily I am chatting back and forth with customer service, in the beginning they were very good in getting back to us in a timely manner, but the last while we are only a number
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
API/EDI with the carriers are down a lot.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
